Once it has confirmed the payment of the order and after notification of confirmation thereof, according to the specified date of delivery, MONCHO'S GROUP will proceed to prepare the order for delivery to the specified home or shop (for collection by the customer in this option), according to the option selected at the time of placing the order in the Online Store.
Deliveries will be made every day of the week (unless there is advance notice to the contrary by MONCHO'S GROUP), except on 25 and 31 December, when there is no delivery, so these days do not count for the purposes of preparation time or delivery of orders placed through the Online Store.
Once the order leaves the MONCHO'S GROUP warehouses, it will send an email to the user with confirmation of shipment.
MONCHO'S GROUP makes every effort and uses all the means at its disposal to meet delivery times. In the event of being unable to meet the delivery date, MONCHO'S GROUP will inform the user of this fact giving him/her the option of going ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid through the same means by which the payment was made and within a period of no more than fourteen (14) days. In periods of promotions, sales or discounts, the order may be delayed due to the increase in orders. If this happens, the customer shall be informed via email.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the user signs the receipt of the products at the agreed delivery address.
Changes, returns and limited guarantee
MONCHO’S GROUP The deadline for any change to the order shall be no later than 48 hours on working days before 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled day of delivery as specified in paragraph 9 of this document. The products marketed by MONCHO'S GROUP are perishable products with a limited shelf life, and with certain storage conditions that must be maintained at all times.
Therefore, being perishable products, MONCHO'S GROUP shall not accept any return once delivered to the user. In this regard, the user must check that the products are in good condition at the time of delivery, since once the order has been received and checked, the user may not return any product.
