How does Freshli Catering Express work?

STEP 1

Select your Freshlis

Place your order, whether you have a customer profile or not. Choose what you want and the quantity you need. The minimum purchase is €100.

STEP 2

Choose the delivery time

Choose the day, time, payment method and delivery address, or, if you prefer, pick up your order for free at our establishments.

STEP 3

Enjoy with your loved ones

Share at home, at the office or wherever you want. We deliver it ready to enjoy within a minimum of 72 business hours.

Service Contracting

Our Freshli Catering Express service is contracted directly through the website. We do not make personalized proposals. What is on our website is what we can serve you and the prices appear there. Keep in mind that the minimum order must be €100, transportation not included.

Item Selection

You can select the items that best fit or you think might be liked according to the event you have. If you want us to deliver at two different times, two separate orders must be placed.

Quantity Calculator

You will see that there is an enabled quantity calculator so that, depending on the type of event, duration and number of guests, it provides you with the recommended quantities of both savory and sweet items. In this link you will find some options.

Order Process

Once you process the order, you can select the delivery address, day and time you want us to bring it to you. Orders must be placed at least 3 business days before the delivery date so that we can process them, allowing you to place your order with enough time.

Delivery Options

For delivery you will see three options:
1. Pick-up at enabled points which is free from Monday to Saturday (non-holiday).
2. Home delivery whose shipping costs are calculated based on the postal code you will specify for delivery.
3. Extra holiday service + shipping, which adds an amount of €90, for service activation on Sunday or holiday, plus shipping costs according to postal code.

Payment Options

When processing the order you will see that there are two payment options, by card or bank transfer. In the latter case, you will receive a summary of the order and another email with the bank details to make the transfer. Until accounting confirms that we have the money in the account, I cannot process it, so keep this in mind to do it with enough time. When the order is marked as paid, you will receive the invoice.
*If, due to company procedures, you need an invoice to make the payment, please send us an email at pedidos@freshli.es. Once you have received the confirmation email for payment and you request it from us, we will send it to you.

Customer Area

From the customer area you can download the invoices that have been generated or repeat previous orders even modifying items, so that you don't have to select the ones you like the most again, being able to save the billing and delivery address. You can add as many as you need and thus speed up the procedures in subsequent orders.
